Yotam Ottolenghi started as a journalist, became a chef, and then the restaurateur and chef-patron of five London-based delis, and the NOPI and ROVI restaurants. He has authored nine cookbooks, including; Jerusalem, Plenty, Simple and Flavour and has sold over six million copies internationally and has more than 2 million followers on social media, making him one of Britain’s most influential food talents. In October 2020 he released his Masterclass series 'Yotam Ottolenghi Teaches Modern Middle Eastern Cooking' and he has just launched his Ottolenghi Test Kitchen YouTube channel. The name ‘Ottolenghi’ has become a term to describe a style of cooking which is full of colour, flavour, bounty and sunshine, which over the years has influenced the culinary world big time.

Tickets for the in-person event in Amsterdam are €99 per person. The online event is free to attend.

Even better. If you register for the online event, we’ll email you the highlights, key insights, and slides afterwards.

How do I log on to the online event?

The link to attend will be sent to you in a confirmation email once you register. On the day of the event, about 15 minutes before the event, you will be able to log on to the online event.
